Pictured in our Topanga Sweatshirt, here’s what Johnna has to say….
“In 2024 I finally began to explore the town more. We met friends that live in the neighborhood, brought friends in from other neighborhoods and were refuge for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle.
I found so many beautiful and sustainable goods from locals. Handcrafted items that brought inspiration. People that are kind and genuine. I felt and feel so excited to find this community. Within exploring, I found this upcycled vintage sweatshirt at @moonastarcollective just a few months ago. It quickly became my favorite sweatshirt for various reasons - the comfort, the quality, the color.
To me, it is a symbol of hope and resilience. Magic. When we get home (thank G-d we have our home.), we have some work to do. We love you Topanga. We love you Los Angeles.”
